P.S I Love You ; Movie Review
p.s no you don’t.
Why Dia dhuit folks,
How was your Valentines Day? wait, don’t answer that. It’s pretty predictable you either spent it by having a lovely candle light dinner with the one you “love”, right? or perhaps you spent it by having a lovely candle light movie night, with your love “Mr.Scotsburn, Mr.Napolitan, or Mr.Haagen-Daz,” ice cream. Yeah that was me. But you know what that’s alright, What makes one day so different from the rest, if you love someone you should let them know, and show them everyday!.
Anyway, “P.S I Love You” was my movie choice, because well, The Notebook just wasn’t an option, and 500 Days of Summer I’ve seen to many times, although I still love that movie. Oh and no one to see The Vow with.
P.S I Love you (2007) is a movie i had never seen before. Starring Hilary Swank (Holly) and an Irish man Gerard Butler (Jerry), a blossoming love between a couple, got cut short, unexpectedly with the death of Jerry.
Before his passing, Jerry wrote 10 letters to his beloved wife Holly. He thought this way it would help her cope with his passing, and maybe heal her pain. Each letter had a task for Holly to complete, and through her strength and surrounded by friends and family Holly listens to the voice of Jerry in her head as she reads each letter and does what each letter says. Letter by letter Holly discovers new things on the way, through each adventure, her heartache slowly fades.
It’s a really great movie, the movie description gives way most of the movie plot, but its the story and how it is told, that makes it so worth watching.
So Do IT!
Quite possibly forever alone, (which is fine) i realized something, if I ever find “the one” make sure he’s Irish, my god that accent.
